Most account work is self-serve. Use the path that matches the job so it does not sit in the wrong queue.
- Keys, usage, password, delete account. Dashboard. Forgot password is on the sign-in card.
- Cards, invoices, cancel. Stripe Customer Portal from the dashboard (Account → Billing), after Usage or Teams is on.
- Privacy and data requests. Email privacy@hexum.dev or use this page’s address if that mailbox is not yet live: open an issue on the Hexum repo with no keys and no source dumps.
- Security. Email security@hexum.dev. Revoke leaked keys first.
